100 Immigrants Become Canadian Citizens at Ceremony
On November 29, 2019, 100 immigrants from 35 countries took the oath to become Canadian citizens at a ceremony held in British Columbia. After living in Canada for at least three years in the past five years and passing a Canadian citizenship exam with 20 multiple choice questions, the permanent residents raised their right hand and repeated the oath to become new citizens of Canada.
